Change Time Zone for a particular account on cpanel server

To change the timezone for only a particular account using .htaccess:

SetEnv TZ   "TimeZone" 
or

php_value date.timezone  "TimeZone"

Visit http://php.net/manual/en/timezones.php for various time zones

e.g. SetEnv TZ Australia/Adelaide

php_value date.timezone "Australia/Adelaide"
